DESCRIPTION
The Driza-Bone Short Coat is proudly Australian made with all the rugged good looks of the Driza-Bone long riding coat, but in a modern ¾ length. The Short coat is made in Driza-Bone’s heavyweight cotton oilskin which blocks out the wind and rain. The coat is lined in a coordinating heavy duty striped 100% cotton twill.
The Short Coat has extra long sleeves, making it easy to work in, along with adjustable wrist tabs to hold the sleeves in the right place. The iconic Driza-Bone cape over the shoulders adds extra protection from the elements. Large pockets with flaps keep the weather from your possessions and the side pockets will keep your hands warm and dry. All seams are double stitched in the important stress areas, to strengthen the coat
The Short Coat is made from Driza-Bone’s traditional 100% cotton heavyweight oilskin which is one of our strongest and toughest fabrics. The fabric is treated with a natural paraffin wax to protect from the elements. When used in a garment, the oil finish absorbs into the thread and seams, giving added weather protection.
The first size measurement is for the Chest the second measurement is the length of the coat from the collar to the bottom of the coat. The sleeves are extra long, and the seams are heavy duty double stitched in areas of greatest stress. Available in Dark Brown. Optional Products: Detachable Hood, Garment Dressing, Oilskin Hats.
